Entertainment Earth’s SHS pre-orders

While Big Bad Toy Store has certain TBDs in their preorder collection (talked about yesterday), Entertainment Earth is listing others. For instance, on the Wolverine Movie figures, Entertainment Earth lists:

1x Wolverine (red/yellow suit)
1x TBD
2x Logan
1x Maverick
2x TBD
1x Weapon X
1x Stealth Logan
2x TBD

While the Super Hero Squad Wolverine stuff is listed as:

Wolverine Movie Superhero Squad Battle Packs Wave 1 Description:
Wolverine in back in a new cartoon! One of the main X-Men is here to wage war against armies of malicious mutants. This case includes 6 individually packaged boxed sets of mini figures, including:
1x Battle at Three Mile Island
1x TBD

2x Messiah Complex Pack #3 (C )
1x Uncanny X Men Pack #4 (A)
(subject to change)

But, New York Comic Convention is mere days away, and hopefully we’ll get lots of great information then!

More on the New SHS Sets

Rick and Alex were the first to post about the Dark Beast/Havok/Wolverine and Motorcycle 4-pack that was spotted on eBay (but unfortunately I didn’t see it until after Beast mentioned it on the board so I guess everyone shares credit for it.

Beast was also the first to point us to Big Bad Toy Store’s pre-order of 5 (5!) Wolverine 4-packs including Messiah Complex (apparently featuring Mr. Sinister, X-23, Wolverine and Cable, with X-Force looks for X-23 and Wolvie according to the preorder for March 23), and Battle at Three Mile Island and 3 other sets listed as TBD (to be determined.) Other figures shown in the pre-order for all five are Sabretooth and Phoenix repaints, and what looks like a possible Wolverine and Deadpool repack, so one could assume they’re the Three Mile Island Figures, but who knows. With the sets listed as a March pre-order it seems weird that full names aren’t even known yet, but hopefully we’ll learn soon enough.

Elsewhere on BBTS, you’ll see the pre-order for the case of Wolverine 3.75 figures. Bad news is they’re only listing

Hopefully more information will be coming soon!

Edit: 2/1/09 – Minion from the SHS Forum reported seeing an Anti-Venom figure (registration required to view the link) at the Toyfair so kudos to Hasbro for picking such a recent character/character development (Anti-Venom is Eddie Brock, after an interaction with Mr. Negative and the bonding of the symbiote to white blood cells and… yeah… it’s a Brand New Day development, why do you ask?) and hopefully they’ll show off some other interesting character choices in the next few weeks.

Anyone Want a 3.75″ Deadpool?

Well, if you do then you’ll be pleased with the X-Men Origins: Wolverine toy line because they have Deadpool!

Wolverine Movie Pictures, Trailer Info

Pictures from the upcoming Wolverine movie can be seen at Slashfilm, who also say that the trailer will be shown with The Day The Earth Stood Still remake.
