Super Hero Squad Wave 15 in the Gallery
We’ve got Super Hero Squad Wave 15 up in the gallery. Spider-Woman, Silver Samurai, Nova, Hulk, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Vulture, Wolverine are now up with the rest of their Super Hero Squad compatriots, and we also have comparison shots of Iron Man, the Spider-Man Saves the Day Spider-Man comparison, the Vultures, and even the two Spider-Women figures. Interesting fact of the day, since the gallery started, we’ve brought you an average of 16 new photos a day! Feel free to jump over to the board to join in the conversation.
SHS, MU, Wolverine and Infinite Heroes Gallery Updates
While today’s gallery update may not have a lot of photos although it does bring us up to 3650 images. Since the regular camera was unavailable, we only took front-facing profile pictures for now and we’ll put all-around shots up later. And now for the rundown:
X-Men Origins: Wolverine Cyclops and Iceman, and the Jim Lee costume Sabretooth and Wolverine from the Toys R Us Exclusive set
Marvel Universe Wave 4 Blade. Wave 3 is up too, mostly, with the rest coming soon.
Marvel Universe Running Change Spider-Man v.1 and some Spider-Man comparison shots (along with a comparison shot of the Ms. Marvel figures, and a quick headswap Moonstone as Ms. Marvel figure.)
Ms. Marvel and the Gotham Knights 3-Pack (Batman, Deadshot and Scarecrow) Infinite Heroes figures
The City in Crisis/Spider-Man Saves the Day and Winter Soldier Saga figures, including comparison shots of the Sandman and Captain America figures. And in other Super Hero Squad figures, pre-production figures of Ultimate Wolverine and stretched Mr. Fantastic, whom Clanure has previously uploaded full profile shots and an Invisible Woman comparison shot. Then there’s the Super Teams Fantastic Four pre-production Thing figure and a comparison shot with the Arachno-Racer Thing.
And finally, we come to Clanure’s ever cool What I Got folder with the new Combat Heroes Cobra 5-pack (with the background image showing the G.I. Joe 5-pack), a pre-production Nighthawk, and a Robot Heroes Devastator!
Gallery Updates and More
After a gruesome battle with the scanner, we’ve finally got another big Gallery update. First off, for the Infinite Heroes fans out there, scans of the Infinite Heroes single-carded figure card backs. Marvel Universe fans get scans of all 24 Marvel Universe individual character cardbacks from Waves 1 through 3. We’ve started scanning the Masters of the Universe Classics cardbacks for those interested in the new “Classics” mythology. And we’ve also got some X-Men Origins: Wolverine cardbacks up too.
And in other assorted bits, this weekend’s X-Men Origins Wolverine movie inspired us to add a rudimentary checklist for Jollibee fast food premiums, a checklist for Playmates 3.75 inch Terminator Salvation toys, and a calendar of upcoming toy release dates (specifically Marvel Universe, Infinite Heroes and Super Hero Squad), based upon pre-order information.
All those additions bring the gallery up to over 3600 images, with almost 19,000 image views and hopefully all those Infinite Heroes stats will give you something to read until our next big gallery update!
And a small gallery update
We’ve added some more character art inserts to the gallery. So with Tigra and friends finally added, the gallery is inching ever closer to 3500 images. Enjoy!
Big Gallery and Wiki Updates
Here’s a quick rundown of some recent updates that may have slipped past you (or that we just finished before posting to tell you guys and gals that we’ve just finished):
Clanure finished the Adventure Heroes section at the Wiki, which of course means that there’s plenty of new photos in the gallery too.
And rakelley from the board has added some great new avatars to the Visitor’s Gallery.
Because everyone loves a great super hero cartoon, we’ve added some screen caps of the upcoming Green Lantern direct-to-DVD movie to the gallery so those of you that unable to watch the recent Wonder Woman movie can see the early art, and get a look at players behind the scenes.
Meanwhile, we’ve also got pictures of almost all of Hasbro’s Marvel Heroes Face Off and Team Up figures. It’s an unusual line, complete with an Ultimate Captain America and Heroes Reborn Iron Man and no female figures, but hopefully you’ll enjoy them. The full line can be seen on this card back, and just to give you an idea of scale, here’s a Marvel Heroes Wolverine taking on Super Hero Squad Deadpool. More information can already be found on the wiki, but we’ll be adding to that soon.
And back to the Super Hero Squad, we’ve got some more card backs up in the gallery, and you can check out the first draft of our guide to unreleased and prototype Super Hero Squad figures on the wiki.
So as you can see, there are always new things being added to the Rumorbuster even when we’re slow in updating the front page! Questions, comments, suggestions and all that are always welcome on the board.
Wave 13 Gallery Updated
We’ve put pictures of Tigra and Spider-Man in the Super Hero Squad Wave 13 Gallery. We also put up an impromptu Avengers West Coast (yes, Wasp should be there… and Ant-Man as Hank Pym, and Vision should be white… come on! I said it was impromptu!)
