Computer Generated Green Lantern Cartoon, and Maybe Batman Too?
Comics Continuum is posting news that the upcoming Green Lantern animated series won’t tie into the movie and will be computer generated, as will (possibly) the Batman follow-up to Brave and the Bold. Other tidbits include: Jim Krieg is the story editor for that Green Lantern cartoon, and that Hal Jordan, Kilowog and a Red Lantern will anchor it.

Pictures of the Brave and the Bold Happy Meal Toys!
Erichof let us know (via Twitter, possibly the quickest way to keep up with new news) about this site featuring pictures of the upcoming Brave and the Bold Happy Meal toys. Only Batman, Blue Beetle, Aquaman and the Batmobile were shown, leaving only Black Manta’s Sub Launcher, Joker, Green Arrow and Plastic Man from the previous list of Batman Brave and the Bold Happy Meal toys. The Complete Batman Beyond on DVD
In the tradition of the Complete Batman the Animated Series, TVShowsonDVD reports that Warner Brothers is putting out the Complete Batman Beyond! A 9-disc set, featuring an art book and all 53 episodes of the series. This is great news, and hopefully, following the Complete Batman, Complete Superman and Complete Justice League, we can expect a complete set of The Batman and Teen Titans some day. More importantly, Static Shock and the Legion of Super Heroes still haven’t seen complete DVD releases, so they’d be great additions to the library! Head over to the message board to discuss.

Best Buy continues it’s new trend of exclusive DC Direct-To-DVD movie figurine pack-ins (Hal Jordan was packed with Justice League: New Frontier, Owlman with A Crisis on Two Earths) with a Red Hood figurine packed in with the upcoming Batman: Under the Red Hood DVD. We did it. Finally, facing peer pressure and because we wanted to be like the cool kids, we joined twitter. Brave and the Bold Action League Robin and Deadman
The unreleased Batman Brave and the Bold Action League figures continue to roll out, with Lobsterman pointing out the Action League Robin and Toxin pointing out the Action League Deadman figure. Along with Bronze Tiger, “Ghost Batman”, Sinestro, the Bat Creature and a few others, the line of unreleased figures continues to grow!
