SDCC Exclusive Avengers Mini-Muggs

While we’re still wondering about the future of Super Hero Squad, which was recently announced to be going “retailer exclusive”, a recurring theme pops up: “Isn’t that what they said about the Mighty Muggs?”

As if in some glimmer of hope, this year Hasbro will have an SDCC exclusive Mini-Muggs set featuring Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and Giant Man, as shown over at Topless Robot (and as pointed out by RRNN).

Still, keep in mind that they’re mini-muggs, and while they’ll happily go with your Star Wars Mini-Muggs from Halloween, they’re going to make the rest of your Muggs like like they OD’d on Pym Particles.

Hasbro’s New Star Wars Pictures

Hasbro has released a ton of new press pictures so we’ve taken some and created a gallery of Star Wars pictures, and naturally, we’ve thrown them into our gallery! Nothing new on the Galactic Heroes front, but Clone Wars fans can have their fill of Cad Bane, Ahsoka, Droideka, Rodian Jedi… there’s fun at the Geonosis Arena, Kul Teska, Nicanas Tassu… there’s Mini Muggs of Bossk, Boba Fett, IG88, Cad Bane, Grievous, Commander Rex, Yoda, Vader, and the Stormtrooper. So much stuff to see! When you’re done, head over to the message board to discuss!

Hasbro’s SDCC 2010 Exclusive Pictures

As message board readers learned this morning, press pictures of Hasbro’s 2010 SDCC Exclusives have been released (and and we’ve got them!)  Head over to our full Hasbro 2010 SDCC Exclusive gallery for more.  Head over to the message board for all your SDCC discussions!

The list of exclusives is long and covers most toy lines, but we’re still trying to figure out one in particular: the movie costume Spider-Man.   It looks like it might be a 3.75 inch figure, but we have not heard about it yet and we’re still trying to figure out what it is.  Other important figures, are of course, the packaged SDCC 2010 Marvel Universe Galactus, WWII Ultimate Captain America, Thor (Ages of Thunder), and the Mayor/Doctor Doom/Iron Man Super Hero Squad 3-pack.  Of course, there’s also some Star Wars, Strawberry Shortcake, Transformers, My Little Pony, GI Joe and both an Iron Man and a Prowl Mighty Mugg.

X-Men related Mighty Muggs

Marvelousnews has a preview of the upcoming X-Men related Mighty Muggs.  It’s Cyclops, Phoenix, Sabretooth, and a spiffy Wolverine-as-Logan.  Gotta love the hat though!
