Marvel Squinkies
Bigredmachine17 posted news about an upcoming line of Squinkies featuring Marvel super heroes! Shown in the picture are Hulk, Nick Fury, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, Daredevil, Thor, Iron Man, Green Goblin, Magneto, Thing, Captain America, Kingpin, Iron Man (again), Wolverine, Silver Surfer, and possibly the Invisible Woman (it’s definitely a small picture… I suppose it could be a flame-off Human Torch).
I haven’t found any word yet on when they’ll be released, or how many figures will be in the set, but if they’re like the current lines of Squinkies, they’ll come carded on sheets of 16 for about $10.

Classic Marvel Figurine Collection Thing and Doctor Octopus Reviews
Juuuggs Gotcha! (words) and TheToon (pictures) have teamed up to provide reviews of Classic Marvel Figurine Collection 3 (Doctor Octopus) and Classic Marvel Figurine Collection 4 (the Thing). Head on over to the board to read his thoughts on the Fantastic Four’s ever-loving blue-eyed Thing , and Spider-Man’s arch-enemy, Doctor Octopus, then join in with your thoughts on Doc Ock’s CMFC look, and the size of Eaglemoss’s Thing.
More Super Hero Squad Variant Covers
Last year Marvel put out a variety of variant covers for their mainstream books featuring Super Hero Squad Show recreations of classic cover moments and it looks like this year they’re doing it again with:
So while the choice of books may be… uhm… interesting (Namor versus underwater vampires? Daredevil, which is in the middle of a major crossover where he and his ninja cohorts murder, abduct and engage the dark arts in soul-bending resurrections), presumably the covers, like last years’, also double as the title cards for the Super Hero Squad Show episodes. The covers shown all seem to coincide with what we already know about the upcoming season, including Namor’s Invaders cover featuring Bucky, Torch and Toro; Iron Man’s cover with Nebula and Annihilus; Daredevil’s Daredevil-less cover where Scarlet Witch faces down Thanos; and the Avengers cover featuring Hercules.
Marvel Movieverse
Not reading the message board? Then you’re missing brianregan09′s regular rundown of the Marvel Movieverse (and beyond). Adrian Brody as Doctor Strange or Ant-Man? Punisher in the Marvel Movieverse? Robert Rodriguez on Deadpool? Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw? Darwin in X-Men First Class, but no Mr. Sinister? Branagh on Thor? Riddler in the new Batman movie? How much SHIELD is enough? These are all the things you’ve missed. Now follow that link, get yourself caught up and join in the conversation!

Brave and the Bold and Marvel Heroes McDonalds Toys
Back in April we came across an eBay auction for a Blue Beetle figure listed as a McDonalds prototype.
Since then, we’ve been waiting for news on this line. Toxin and Agent Spectre pointed us to the Brazilian Brave and the Bold toys, but now hurrijak has news that after the current Marvel Heroes line of Happy Meal toys, Brave and the Bold is up next! Once we know who’s in the Brave and the Bold McDonalds line, we’ll come back to this, but in the meantime, hop over to the message board to join in the discussion.
