Superhero Hype! is one of the places running with Disney’s press release about Avengers: Earth’s Mighiest Heroes, but since it was the first I came across, it gets the link. Here’s the bullet points:
Fall 2010 debut on Disney XD.

Main cast is starring Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Giant Man and the Wasp.
The United States SHOULD be getting the world premier.
And something that I found particularly interesting: “A 20-part “micro-series” that focuses on each hero’s backstory will roll out in fall 2010 on Disney XD, immediately followed by the series premiere on Disney XD in the U.S. and, shortly thereafter, around the world.”
