Jango’s Slave I and the Episode III Starfighter Galactic Heroes Out
Rebelscum has two pieces of awesome Galactic Heroes news, which is good because so far 2010 Galactic Heroes news has been pretty slow going!
First, the long awaited Escape from Kamino (aka, Jango Fett’s Slave I) and Attack on the Invisible Hand (aka Anakin’s Episode III Starfighter) have been spotted at a Walmart in Oklahoma! Second, new Galactic Heroes sticker sheets have been found in some sets! Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and the Clone Trooper are all represented. The Story: A little while back, the fine folks of Hasbro passed along a box of swag to pass along.

Action League Bronze Tiger
Well, after the Clayface and Mantis/Killer Moth figures turned out to be damn dirty impostors, it was looking grim for our friends in the Brave and the Bold Action League. Fortunately, Toxin saved the day with some his discovery of a photo of the Bronze Tiger! Head over to the Brave and the Bold Action League message board to discuss
Movie Nick Fury and Black Widow
really_rather_not_nice posted about how Marvelousnews points to a Popeater.com article with shots of Don Cheadle’s War Machine, Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow, Mickey Rourke’s Whiplash and Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury. Head over to the Marvel Universe message board to discuss!

Handful of Heroes Wave 2 Checklist
We finally got our hands on the second wave of Hasbro’s Marvel Handful of Heroes figures, so here’s the newest rundown:
Biggest news, of course, is that Punisher, Thor and Silver Surfer get their first figures, but we also get treated to the Onslaught figure first seen in Wave 1 cardbacks, along with still more Hulk goodness, including Bi-Beast, Zzzax, Madman and 7 different Hulk sculpts. There’s a couple new Spider-Man and Iron Man figures too, but I bet you already expected that!

Ask Matty 2/15/10
Mattel sent the latest round of answers to our questions.
Will we be seeing any more Action League multi-packs like the Toys-R-Us 6-pack?
Only time will tell. Nothing to reveal quite yet.
Will any other Pixar, Disney, or Mattel properties (such as Masters of the Universe) be getting the “Buddies” or “Minis” 2″ treatment from Mattel?
This is something we are looking into but we’re not ready to spill the beans quite yet!
While fans of some lines like DCUC are lucky enough to get a heads-up about what figures will be in upcoming waves (and when those waves will hit), fans of Action League and Brave and the Bold figures generally have to wait until the figures are spotted at retail. Any plans to start giving those fans more of a heads-up about upcoming figures?
These lines are handled by a different group from the DCUC team and we are working with them to make sure all collectors’ needs are met!
What DC property are you most excited to bring to DCUC and Infinite Heroes this year?
We can’t wait to get to some of the current Blackest Night characters, but it may need to wait until spring of 2011 due to new developments.
Each Action League 2-pack comes carded on a cool background. Is there any chance you’ll put the backgrounds online so fans can print larger versions for their displays?
That’s a cool idea, but nothing is planned at this time.
As always, you can head on over to the board to discuss.
Marvel Universe at Toy Fair 2010
First off, the press photos including Galactus, Thor, Archangel, Colossus and Juggernaut are up at The Rumor Buster 2010 Toy Fair Gallery.
Wave 3 – Archangel, Shadowcat, AIM Agent, Havok, Colossus and Juggernaut.
Wave 4 – Iron Patriot, Skrull Soldier, Scarlet Spider-Man (it’s the Iron Spider armor, with another leg), Winter Soldier, Wrecker, Mary Jane (with Ms. Lion to complete the Amazing Friends set!)
To Be Determined – Thanos.
Comic packs: Cyclops and Dark Phoenix, Sinister Spider-Man (aka, the Mac Gargan/Venom)/Daken (as Dark Wolverine), and Sentry/Spider-Man
Galactus will come with Silver Surfer, stands at 19 inches and has an MSRP of $49.95.
For SDCC exclusives, expect there’s an Ages of Thunder version of Thor, and a World War II era Ultimate Captain America.
And Target will be getting a series of two-packs, but unfortunately, we’re waiting on independent verification of what flashed on the screen.

Super Hero Squad at Toy Fair
First off Here’s the Super Hero Squad press photos. You’ll see that most of the press photos are stuff that’s already been released, but finally, a good shot of the Spider-Splasher and Claw Cruiser and of course, the full-sized Helicarrier.
There’s also some new merchandise developments, such as a new Super Hero Squad set featuring molds to shape the Play-Doh, and another of the re-labled Spider-Man and Friends Play-Doh Stampers was paired along with a Wave 1 Iron Man stamper (akin to the way Galactic Heroes stampers feature figures on the lids), and the next few Iron Man Super Hero Squad figures (although unfortunately, there was an issue with getting pictures so you’ll have to wait until one of the other sites can get some posted.
Edit: and don’t forget the SDCC 2010 three pack featuring the Mayor, Iron Man and Doctor Doom in his bathrobe, holding a cup of coffee (from the video game artwork!)
