Super Hero Squad Cast Updates, Superman and Superfriends DVD
First up, Comics Continuum totally blows us away with a newly released massive cast list and some artwork for characters like Screaming Mimi, Klaw, Doom and the Wrecking Krew. There are some surprise revelations (Flatman, Skurge, Stardust and Chthon) and some that make you wonder (Captain Australia, Captain Liechtenstein, Galactus’s mom, AboMODOK, we’re looking at you) but the show’s shaping up to be a fun ride.
In more retro cartoon news, TV Shows on DVD has news of the 1988 Ruby Spears Superman animated series coming to DVD on November 3, and the “lost” Super Friends episodes on August 11. As always, fans of classic super hero animation are in for some fun treats.

Minimates news includes Spider-Woman (Julia Carpenter) and Molecule Man as a TRU two pack along with an AFX exclusive set of First Class X-Men (to go along with the First Class Angel already shown.)
