Super Hero Squad Character Art Gallery Updated

We’ve updated the Super Hero Squad Character Art Gallery with the character scans from Super Hero Squad Waves 9 through 12 (Black Widow, Avalanche, Beast, Nick Fury, Blade, Electro and others) so head over and enjoy!

Gallery Updated with Infinite Heroes and Friends

We’ve got a bit of a fun update to the gallery today. In addition to finally adding some of the rarer Infinite Heroes (the Lex Luthor and Luthor Troopers 3-pack, the Figure 11 Batman and the Trenchcoat Variant Question), we’ve added some odds and ends, like the Classic Marvel Figurine Collector’s Movie Iron Man statue, some DC Direct Silver Age Superman figures, Masters of the Universe Classics, the Havok and Polaris, and Gamora and Nova Minimates, and just for fun, the Play Along Toys Smurfs Wave 1 figures. Why Smurfs? Well, its their 50th Anniversary this year, and it allows us to give Hulk a date.

In other news, the gallery is closing in on 9,500 image views! It’s probably too late to get to 10,000 in February, but March should get us well into 10,000.

Infinite Heroes Checklist – A Little Bit of Clean-up

As some of you may have noticed, The Rumorbuster Wiki has made it a lot easier for us to work on checklists, as well as creating things like profiles for the figures and other cool things. Also, it makes it possible for everyone to participate in adding or correcting information.

Because of the easy, interactive, and much better formatted way it presents information, we’ve officially moved the Infinite Heroes checklist over and updated it to reflect the newly revealed Single Pack figure numbers for Lex Luthor and Jay Garrick. So go over and enjoy (and if you’ve got something to add, don’t be shy!

Green Lantern DTV movie coming in July

Comic Book Resources has the press release on DC’s latest direct to DVD offering, Green Lantern First Flight. An origin film focusing on a young Hal Jordan’s entry into the Corps and his training by Sinestro, it joins Superman/Doomsday, Justice League: The New Frontier, Batman: Gotham Knights and Wonder Woman, being released this week.

Transformers Movie 2 Wave 2 Robot Heroes Pics

Tformers.com has provided pics of the Transformers Movie 2 Robot Heroes Wave 2.  This is actually the first we’ve heard of this particular wave.  Mostly new molds, which is a huge plus!
