Spider-Man is in the Gallery!
Although he’s a little late for Christmas, Spider-Man has joined the Gallery. Although Spider-Man has already had a few figures from the most recent offerings in the line, this update brings in the Spider-Man movie line and Spider-Men from Waves 6 through 8, and it also means we can celebrate another milestone: we now have over 2000 pictures in the gallery!

Now all those aliens are nice, but where are Donna, Martha, Rose, Mickey, Jennie, Captain Jack and the Torchwood Crew, Sarah Jane with a Mr. Smith computer, K-9… where are the good guys? Almost every major alien threat from the past four seasons is represented (minus the Master and Cassandra, among others) but none of the heroes. Don’t even get us started on the classic characters. Hopefully the next wave has some good guys in it.
Hellboy versus the Super Hero Squad
Bigbadtoystore.com has pictures of the upcoming BPRD Buddies line of Super Hero Squad-esque Hellboy figures. It’s a June 2009 pre-order, with $31.99 for the set of 8 figures. Hopefully the line continues so we can have a second wave with Liz Sherman and Roger

Infinite Heroes figures
More upcoming Infinite Heroes can be seen at Action Figure Insider and Matty Collector’s Facebook page. Apparently the Deadshot and Scarecrow are Batman Gotham Knights (the direct to DVD) inspired, a Crisis-esque Supergirl is likely on her way. While the new sculpts/articulation aren’t showing up yet, it’s good to know that we are getting a wide assortment of styles, sculpts and unique versions of characters.

SHIELD Agent/Nick Fury
Well folks, after waiting, and waiting, my order from Scifigenre with Waves 10 and 11 shipped. Upon opening it I found not Nick Fury, but the blond (ish… he’s a little darker blond than I remember from the early pictures) SHIELD Agent. I’m not seeing any other reports of this, so no clue if this is a running change or simply a variant, but we’ll try to figure it out and get pictures up in the gallery this Friday. On the other hand though, I really would rather have had my Nick Fury.
